A Sweet Baby Boy is Born

willemWillem Isaiah van der Eijk was born December 14th, 2014. A beautiful boy weighing 7 pounds and 12 ounces. Willem was 49cms long. He was five days earlier than his expected due date of December 19th,2014.But mommy and daddy and little sister Abigal was very excited to finally meet you.Willem was born at Stratford General Hospital.Delivery went well and Willem was healthy and strong. It was the very next day we were able to take you home. This is where Willem met his sister, Abigail and all his family and friends. Each day Willem grew a little bit bigger.Being very curious and definitely getting into everything that he possibly could. I had to learn how to baby proof my house all over again. Now at 10 months old, Willem is almost walking and he’s definitely not my little newborn anymore. Now weighing 22 pounds and almost 30 inches, Willem is starting to develop into a little person, a little goofball. Again, I want to thank everyone for their patients as I was off on maternity leave. I am very grateful for the time I have had with my children at home. Now, as I experience a new transition being back to work and I have had to learn how to balance both roles. It has been worth while to be able to make time for all the things I am passionate about (being a mom and being a Massage Therapist).
