Beth is Personal Training at Lighthouse

bethers (250 x 188)Beth Martin is a Personal Trainer who owns her own Personal Training business. Beth trains clients in their own homes. Beth, however, also enjoys working with other health care professionals to improve the overall well-being of the client. Beth has had prior experience working along side a Chiropractor to help clients improve muscle imbalances that contribute to their ailment. Strength and flexibility are key elements to a client’s ability to have normal range of motion and to a be to perform normal activities of daily living. Repetitive movements or postures we hold repetitively can contribute to these muscle imbalances. Injury and aging are other factors that can also contribute to muscle imbalances and ultimately, strain on the joint. Long term strain generally leads to pain. A preventative approach to health, and a strong healthy body today leads to long-term health.

Beth will be working along side the Registered Massage Therapy team at Lighthouse. Beth will teach clients 2-3 exercises pertaining to any issue being treated at Lighthouse. She will be available for training Thursday November 7th, Monday November 11th, Thursday November 21st, and Monday November 25th from 10am-6pm. Contact the office, or book your apt with Beth the next time you are at clinic. When Beth is at Lighthouse, her services will be of no charge for clients. At Lighthouse, your health is important to us. If there are any questions, feel free to contact us at the office 519-305-0567.
